We seek interns to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments that have exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills. To also be able to enjoy opportunities out of office to have fun and get to know your mentors!

How involved did you feel in daily work discussion or project discussion?

"Very involved. When I was in on a project, it felt like I was all in. I never felt like I was being withheld from utilizing any resources available or any knowledge. I can't overstate how thankful I am for my supervisors and mentors here. They have been an invaluable resource in my learning here."

What are 3 skills you've gained during your internship?

"I'm now able to navigate and use Auto CAD and Civil 3D, I can now do field surveys where I felt like I had no knowledge going in to but feel more confident now, and lastly the ability to use QGIS and GIS."

When considering future employment, is the RQAW culture the type environment you will be seeking?

"Absolutely. I've always said that working in a healthy company culture with good people is my biggest priority when looking for long-term work, and I think RQAW exemplifies these qualities. It is my sincere desire to continue working for the company throughout my final semester and I hope to work here full time upon graduation!"
