Job Summary :

SAP HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in US Payroll, Integration experience, HCM Time Management, and HCM OA modules with 12 + years of experience.

Required Skills : Technical :

SAP HCM HR Master Data (OM and PA)

SAP HCM Compensation Management

SAP HCM Time Management

SAP HR ABAP

PCR and Schema for Time Management

Portal integration (ESS / MSS)

Domain : US Payroll

Interfacing with third-party systems

Functional specification writing

Functional testing and UAT coordination

Responsibilities :

Writing Functional specifications for SAP HR US Payroll, SAP PA & Time management modules

Will be part of the project enhancement team as well for Medium enhancements

Individual hands-on contributor as well as good team work required

Identify high business impact system improvements based on SAP best practices as part of continuous solution improvement initiative and work with the client on the implementation timeline and implement the changes into the system accordingly. Work with the testing team on planning thorough test scenarios and test cycles for maintaining high quality of the solution provided.

Identify and create tools which will help business users by automating some of the manual activities

Qualifications :

Experience in SAP US Payroll.

Experience for interfacing with 3rd party system.

Integration of interfaces with SAP

Must to have experience in Payroll (US) Module

Should have experience in Time Management process

Direct interface with Business users - gathering requirements, preparing Functional specification-ordination with technical members, involved in functional testing and UAT.

Experience in Development projects

Should have HR ABAP Experience

Experience in SAP HCM Time Management Module.

Should have experience in HCM PA and OM Modules

Integration of interfaces with SAP

Should have experience in PCR and Schema for Time Management process

Portal integration with Time Management (ESS / MSS).
