Key Responsibilities
Manage contact center operations and ensure achievement of service levels and financial targets
Maintain effective client relations and translate client requirements into actionable plans
Oversee performance monitoring and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in call center operations or customer service
Expertise in financial management and call center operations
Proficiency in MS Office applications and call center-specific software
Strong leadership and project management skills
Availability to work weekends and travel as needed
