We are hiring a

Digital Marketing Coach

at

BxB Media | A BDR Company . We collaborate with HVAC and other home services professionals to build great brands and help them grow. This role is remote with occasional travel and requires a proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Compensation

Location :

Remote (occasional travel)

Pay Rate :

$50,000 - $70,000 (Base + success fees)

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm

Job Duties

Responsible for managing client accounts and building a collaborative working relationship to understand their business goals and strategize marketing initiatives that will grow their business and maximize return on investment.

Guide clients and internal departments through the website build phase, coordinating communication with all entities to ensure smooth workflow.

Demonstrate knowledge in digital and traditional marketing strategies and communicate industry best practices to clients.

Required Skills

Minimum of 3 years of WordPress experience

23 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO

Home Services industry experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate with internal teams

Apply established protocols in a timely manner

Communicate professionally via remote means with clients and team members

Assess the accuracy and thoroughness of your work

Prioritize and manage time with little supervision

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Work collaboratively in a remote workspace to deliver high-quality client service
