Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Treat patients and perform clinic procedures and physical examinations related to licensing and specialty.
• Examine new patients to orient them with services and identify patient needs and treatment plans.
• Maintain appropriate records (including business / medical records) relating to all professional services rendered and / or recommended.
• Responsible for the timely completion of documentation in patient records.
• Prepare and maintain all reports, claims, and correspondence necessary or appropriate to the performance of professional services.
• Attend professional conventions, post-graduate seminars, and continuing medical education programs to maintain and enhance Physician’s professional skill and participate in professional societies on a reasonable basis.
• Provide coverage when other physician employees at the facilities at which Physician practices are unavailable due to vacations, holidays, illness, or attendance at professional activities
