Position Details :

Job Title : Chemical / Fertilizer Specialist.

Employment Type : Full-Time, Seasonal (Monday-Friday).

Hours : 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities.

Compensation : $20-$27 per hour + Commission opportunities.

Pay Based On : Results, performance, and expertise.

What You'll Do :

As a Chemical / Fertilizer Specialist , you play a key role in keeping our clients’ lawns healthy, green, and thriving. Your responsibilities include :

• Applying fertilizers and weed control treatments according to schedule and product guidelines.
• Identifying turf issues such as pests, diseases, and soil conditions, and recommending solutions.
• Engaging with customers, answering questions, and offering expert lawn care advice.
• Managing daily operations, including loading trucks, tracking supplies, and maintaining schedules.
• Documenting application details (time, temperature, wind speed) via a mobile app or paper logs.
