Location : UCHealth Printers Park Med Plaza, US : CO : Colorado Springs

Department : Outpatient Rehabilitation

FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred : Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Physical Therapist :

Assess and Diagnose : Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.

Develop and Implement Treatment Plans : Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Educate and instruct Patients : Provide through education to patients and their families : empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
