• Join 5 Physicians, 3 APPs, and 1 Psychologist
• Full-Time - 4 Day Work Week!!
• No Nights / Weekends
• Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only) – 1 Week out of every 10 Weeks
• Innovative Practice w / Support from Care Team for Chronic Disease Management
