Job Title : In-Home PTA – Weekend Only Care Provider

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : Saturdays & Sundays per diem

Compensation : $42 - $46 per visit

What You’ll Do :

Carry out prescribed PT exercises

Monitor and report patient progress

Educate patients and families on mobility practices

Qualifications :

MN-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Availability for Saturday / Sunday visits

Ability to travel between clients
