We are looking for a seasoned Web Solutions Lead Engineer who can guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level web platforms and applications. As the Web Solutions Lead Engineer, you will oversee solution planning, technical direction, hands-on development, and mentoring of engineering teams. You will play a key role in shaping web technology standards, modernizing legacy systems, and driving continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex web applications and solutions.
• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements and technical strategies.
• Oversee development efforts, ensuring high-quality coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance during development and deployment cycles.
• Drive integration efforts with backend services, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI / CD configurations, and automation initiatives to improve release reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, accessibility requirements, and organizational governance.
• Support scalability planning, system performance tuning, and long-term technical roadmap development.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend modernization opportunities.
