A company is looking for a Data Support Analyst I to provide proactive customer service and support for aggregation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 level support via chat, email, and phone
Interface with end user clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
Stay up to date on system releases, new features, and bugs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred
2 years customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
