Senior Brand Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing brand portfolios, developing marketing strategies, and driving brand growth. You will play a key role in influencing our brand's direction and ensuring a consistent and compelling message in the marketplace. This is a 6 month, 40 hour / week freelance role that will require you to be onsite in Cincinnati, OH 2-3 days / week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Manage the P&L for the brand, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including TikTok and other paid social media channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.
• Oversee the development of innovative marketing content and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
