A company is looking for a Marketing Program Coordinator to drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across various marketing programs
Provide project status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Establish and improve workflows, templates, and best practices across the marketing team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of project coordination / management experience, preferably in customer or B2B marketing
Understanding of Salesforce for tracking and reports is ideal
Experience with project management tools and Agile, PMP, or similar certification is a plus
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
