Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate General Counsel located in Norman, OK. The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues including labor and employment law, providing legal advice, ensuring data privacy, and overseeing corporate governance. Daily tasks include advising on legal rights and obligations, preparing and reviewing legal documents, representing the organization in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Legal Issues and providing Legal Advice
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association
• Ability to work on-site in Norman, OK and collaborate with team members
• Experience working with educational institutions is a plus
