Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and timely provider information on claims and provider databases

Audit provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing feedback as needed

Generate compliance and provider-related reports to support various services

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

Experience with provider information configuration and database management

Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and accreditation reporting

Ability to assist in training staff and new hires
