Bookkeeper / Accountant I

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

This position is responsible for assisting the Harvey and Anamoose offices with general bookkeeping / accounting duties and office administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process customer sales transactions and run month end statements
• Receive Inventory
• Assist with accounts payable
• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers
• Ability to handle individual customer dynamics and relationships
• Other responsibilities as needed
