What You’ll Do

As a Resident Care Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborating with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

  • 3 years of experience in a caregiving or resident care role, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans effectively.
  • A commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect at all times.
