American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in St. Louis, Missouri.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, Oasis, and HCHB expertise.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
  • Typical caseload of 5-7 patients per day
  • Service territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the main office
  • Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • On-call rotation required every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Uses HCHB electronic medical record system; prior experience required
  • Main responsibilities include providing in-home physical therapy assessments and treatments for geriatric patients
  • Accurate and timely documentation and communication are essential
  • Scrubs of any color required; no jeans permitted
  • iPad provided for documentation while working in the field
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • Locals accepted at the travel rate
  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position

  • Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience
  • Oasis documentation experience required
  • Proficiency with HCHB EMR required
  • BLS certification required
  • Flexibility to cover assigned service territory as needed
