Your Role :

As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in promoting the health and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will involve :

• Performing detailed patient assessments and crafting personalized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed
• Monitoring vital signs and recording medical information accurately
• Delivering wound care and executing vital nursing interventions
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Guiding and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to ensure top-quality care
