Our client, a leader in the medical technology industry, is seeking a Quality Support Operator to join their team. As a Quality Support Operator, you will be part of the Quality and Compliance department supporting regulatory and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Quality Support Operator Location : NC, Cary Pay Range : $30.05 / hr

What's The Job?

• Manage internal projects to ensure completion within time, quality, and cost requirements.
• Facilitate the timely completion of FDA-regulated updates and safety notices.
• Work closely with support and data management teams to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Track, organize, and report on progress for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
