The Role

You will manage your own accounts while overseeing project execution, supporting field crews, and working directly with ownership on strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a well-respected, family-owned company that values professionalism, quality, and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Prepare and present detailed bids and proposals
• Oversee project scheduling, material procurement, and quality control
• Support and guide installation teams for efficiency and excellence
• Assist with operational decision-making and business development initiatives
• Read and interpret building plans
