Job Title : Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to facilitate communication with internal partners, customers, agents, and port personnel. This role involves managing the opening and closing of shipping orders, assisting with incoming shipments, and preparing outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal partners, customers, agents, and port personnel.
• Open and close shipping orders efficiently.
• Assist in receiving incoming shipments and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Send professional emails via Outlook.
• Interact courteously with customers and clear cargo as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment

The work environment is based in a midsize facility located in Medley. The position requires working Monday through Friday with hours from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medley, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
