Job descriptionDrive Sales Growth : Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and nurturing client relationships. Consult & Advise : Use Navigate Power & Verde Solutions' strategies to address procurement, consumption, and sustainability goals. Build Trust : Present proposals, manage expectations, and deliver on promises for long-term partnerships. Stay Ahead : Master our product suite from energy procurement to renewables and storage; continuously refine expertise. Proven Sales Success : Minimum 2+ years' sales experience (preferred) in B2B with a track record of hitting / exceeding targets. Energy Expertise (Preferred) : Experience in energy consulting, procurement, or related fields. An established book of business is a plus. Network-Driven : Strong professional connections and ability to leverage them for client acquisition. Self-Motivated : Comfortable working independently with limited supervision. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Adaptable, proactive, and thriving in a dynamic environment where earnings reflect effort. Commission-Based Earnings : Earn between $50,000 - $250,000 per year with no income ceiling. Flexible Remote Work : Fully remote position. Grow Your Experience : Develop skills, expand your network, and build or grow your own business with our support. Compensation : $50,000 - $250,000 / year
