Join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to gain hands-on experience in risk assessment, analytics, and strategic decision support. Work with cross-functional partners to identify and evaluate top risks, enhance reporting frameworks, and strengthen the company's overall governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Support the identification and assessment of top risks across business units
• Assist in completing Inherent Risk Ratings (IRR), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Residual Risk Ratings (RRR)
• Analyze business unit strategic goals and map risks to the enterprise risk profile
• Help update and maintain Business Unit Risk Registers by reviewing prior-year assessments and the enterprise Risk Library
• Participate in control mapping for key risks and help evaluate organizational resilience
• Support ongoing monitoring efforts using predictive analytics and data-driven insights
