We are looking for a skilled YouTube SEO specialist to optimize existing video content for better visibility, engagement, and ranking in search results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, keyword research, trends, and best practices to enhance video content and channel performance.

Project : The candidate will work on existing videos on Navy Federal's YouTube channel, following a priority list provided. Responsibilities include analyzing target keywords, optimizing metadata, creating engaging thumbnails, monitoring analytics to ensure videos are discoverable and attract viewers, and providing recommendations for future content.

• Keyword Research : Identify relevant keywords and phrases searched on Google and YouTube for all existing videos on Navy Federal's channel.
• Content Optimization : Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and video content to target specific keywords.
• Data Analysis : Track metrics such as search rankings, traffic, and engagement to evaluate SEO effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Guidelines Development : Create YouTube SEO best practices based on optimization efforts and learnings.
