Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.

Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required for home visits.

Mileage reimbursement $.70 per mile.

Current BLS Certification

On-Call 1-3 shifts per week, to include 3 weekends during the 13 week contract depending on staffing levels.

Able to respond within 45 minutes to patient needs when on call.

Able to work holiday

Hospicesoft / careficient EMR experience preferred
