Job Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)

The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, support client ADL's if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients which includes appropriate documentation per policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting.
• In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted. This training will be based on, but not limited to, the in-service plan for 52 hours.
• Driving duties may be assigned, including the transportation of clients. Candidates must have a valid CA Driver's License and successfully pass a DMV driving history check.

About the Campus: With a focus on life skills training, linkage, and community engagement, Crestwood's Adult Residential Programs serve adults in community-based residential settings. Persons served benefit from extensive life skills training; peer counseling; case management; behavioral self-management; community residential treatment systems; and Crestwood's Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) program. Our homelike atmosphere is inclusive of the family, friends, and other supporters of our persons served. Our dynamic rehabilitative treatment program addresses the diverse cultural, spiritual, psychological, biological, and social needs of the people we serve. This provides the basis for developing a program that fosters growth, change, and independence.

Pay Range: $21 - $25 USD
