Compensation and Benefits :
- Earning potential : $50,000-$80,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)

Key Responsibilities :
Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practicesDocumentation withing 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medicationsMonitor and manage acute and chronic conditionsCompliance with facility, state and federal regulations / protocols.Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialistsEducate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatmentQualifications
Qualifications :
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum 2 years of post-certification experienceExperience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferredProficient with EHRs and clinical technologyStrong communicator with a collaborative mindset#HP123
