Regional Manager of Imaging
The Regional Manager of Imaging is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of assigned hospital and / or clinic locations and modality departments within their region. This role ensures the consistent delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. The Manager supports the Regional Director of Imaging by implementing system and regional goals at the site and department level, optimizing local workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The incumbent provides direct leadership to assigned imaging staff, including technologists, operators, and support personnel. Responsibilities include scheduling and workforce management, budget oversight, staff competency development, and ongoing regulatory readiness. The Manager serves as a liaison between imaging teams and physicians, radiologists, nurses, and other clinical colleagues, ensuring effective communication and coordination to support patient-centered care. This role also plays a critical part in employee engagement and development by mentoring staff, facilitating continuing education, and promoting professional growth opportunities. The manager leads teams across modalities which may include General Diagnostic X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology.
Schedule : Full time | 80 hours per pay period every two weeks Monday - Friday | Day shift

Qualifications : Bachelor or Associate's in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in clinical radiology patient care, and 3 years in a radiology management position American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Certified Radiology Nurse by the Association for Radiologic & Imaging Nursing (ARIN) Certified Radiology Administrator by the AHRA, preferred. A valid Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
