Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Armed Officer where you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a government location helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all visitors and staff. This role involves routine patrols remaining highly visible and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. As this is an armed and driving post you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties while carrying out your responsibilities. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor entrances exits and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Work collaboratively with local authorities and airport personnel as needed.

Document all incidents observations and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Remain visible and approachable while on duty to assist visitors and employees as needed.

Enforce site-specific rules and regulations as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
