On-Site role

Job Description :

• Must have development experience in AEM, HTML5, CSS3, JS, and Project Management tools such as JIRA.
• Assisting with developing webpages for new product integrations, Campaigns, and Promotions using AEM Templates / Components.
• Troubleshoot performance issues to ensure identical rendering across browsers, and devices.
• Work on projects that include web layout enhancements and website enhancements.
• Ability to contribute to the creation, assessment, and validation of project requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high quality outputs.
• Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows.
• Create, configure, and customize JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification schemes to meet business needs.
• JIRA features & its implementation knowledge like how to create user stories, how to link with an EPIC, what is sprint, project release etc.
• Apply deep familiarity and experience with Scrum, Kanban, Agile best practices, and tools to promote individual, team, project, and organizational success.
• Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational / performance metrics and status reports.
