X-trodes, a vibrant digital health company, is looking for an enthusiastic Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this central role, you will collaborate with clinical, operations, development, and product teams to shape current and future products. Your responsibilities include leading internal clinical tests, conducting site visits, evaluating data quality, and providing training and customer support. You will also plan clinical protocols, generate reports, and act as a key contact during external studies. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute internal tests, including setup and transport, demonstrating expertise in electrophysiological signals and device operation; collaborate with team members on external clinical tests. Plan and write clinical operational procedures for internal studies following the clinical purpose and design. Coordinate, plan and arrange data from external clinical studies as well as serve as the point of contact for issues during the performance of the studies. Involve in the review and analysis of the collected data. Generate detailed reports on experiments, findings, and overall project progress. Write the detailed user manuals of the device, clinical and technical writing. Write clinical regulatory documents that are part of the technical file of the device regulatory submissions (FDA, CE, Korea etc.). Deliver training to users and clinical studies professionals onsite and remotely, with regular site inspections to identify and prevent issues. Offer technical support to address user inquiries and concerns effectively. Document all customer communications, including project updates, support, training, and complaints per QMS procedures, and log feedback for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Requirements Graduate degree in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, neuropsychology, psychology, medicine (MD), or a related bio-computational field – A must. Good understanding in electrophysiology and the relevant acquired signals (EEG, EMG, ECG, EOG, etc.) - A must. A proactive, flexible individual who is a people-person with a strong eagerness to learn. High level of clinical and technical writing. Ability to review technical and industry literature on similar devices and studies. Flexible support working hours (include nights & weekends) – A must. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. A valid driver's license and access to transportation are essential for on-site responsibilities – A must. Good understanding of Python programming.
