Our Servicing experts are the borrower’s primary point of contact and ensure that the requirements of the investors are met from loan closing through payoff. The Department consists of six main functional areas : Loan Administration, Asset Management, Insurance Compliance, Investor Reporting, Treasury, and Compliance.W&D’s Servicing portfolio is the 8th largest in the U.S., and W&D is one of Fitch’s highest-rated Servicers, with a rating of CPS1-.

- Education and Experience
- Experience in commercial real estate loan servicing a plus.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders.This position has an estimated base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 plus discretionary bonus. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to competently complete multiple tasks simultaneously with an appropriate attention to detail. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under tight time constraints independently and within the department. Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
