Position Summary
Were seeking a hands-on ERP Inventory & Integration Specialist to own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our NetSuite ERP system. This role bridges IT, operations, and financeensuring our inventory data, integrations, and analytics tools are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Youll work closely with the Director of IT and cross-functional teams to manage part lifecycles, streamline workflows, and build dashboards that drive smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management & Optimization
Create, update, and retire part numbers in NetSuite
Monitor inventory levels, pricing fluctuations, and margin impactsLead year-end inventory counts and daily cycle count processesDevelop pricing algorithms to maintain profitability amid tariff and cost volatilityERP Integration & ConfigurationSupport and manage integrations with :
Paystand (customer payments)
Ramp (expense management)NetSuite Advanced FinancialsQBuild (BOM revisions with engineering)Freightwise (shipping logistics)Future HR / payroll and project tracking solutionsCollaborate on Oracle Cloud and AI feature rolloutsSystem Administration & AnalyticsDefine and maintain NetSuite roles, permissions, and dashboards
Build saved searches, analytics workbooks, and KPI widgets for key departmentsSupport SuiteProjects or alternative project tracking toolsEnsure data integrity across modules and integrationsQualifications
35 years of experience in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), inventory management, or systems integrationStrong understanding of inventory workflows, BOM structures, and pricing strategiesFamiliarity with NetSuite roles, permissions, saved searches, and dashboard customizationExperience with cross-platform integrations and data analytics toolsComfortable working with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alikeWhy Join Devon?
