We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. EPA certification is required. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are highly recommended. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC / R systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, including electrical components and mechanical parts.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
