Qualification :

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have CPR / First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support Certificates etc
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills preferred
• Preferably have reliable transportation
• Minimum age : 18 years or older
• Preferably have experience supporting individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities

Job Responsibilities :

Accompany members on group outings in the community.

Provides assistance, monitoring, and / or training to individuals in self-care, self-direction, independence, mobility, and learning as directed by the Individual Service Plan (ISP) to enhance each individual's skill development, health, freedom, and personal dignity.

Ability to teach members basic life skills such as shopping, banking, money management, access and use of community resources, and community survival skills etc.

Available Positions for Direct Support Professionals are : Full Time, Part-Time and PRN
