Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities : Call back and work up patients prior to provider examObtain and record patient vital signsCollect urinalysisDraw bloodPrepare sterile proceduresStart IV's as neededReturn patient phone calls and answer or assist with any questions and issues they may haveAssist providers during procedures, including fluoroscopy proceduresContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAdminister sedation & monitor patient as requiredDischarge of patients after proceduresScribe for physician as neededMaintain compliance with all DHEC and OSHA guidelinesTravel between satellite offices may be requiredPay :  $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experienceBenefits : 401(K)401(K) MatchingDental InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffVision InsuranceSchedule : Monday - Friday, no weekends8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm - hours may vary slightly based on department needs

Requirements :

Skills and Qualifications :  Valid LPN license in the state of practice.Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient procedure setting preferred. CPR CertificationBLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.Valid Driver's LicenseWe offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
