Senior Enrollment Navigator (Term-limited, 3 Years)
The Senior Enrollment Navigator within the Office of Digital Learning plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the front end of the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from initial inquiry to application. This role involves building relationships with adult learners or non-traditional students, assessing their educational goals, and providing tailored information about program options, admission requirements, and financial aid. The senior navigator also manages a pipeline of prospective students using Salesforce, maintains regular communication via text, email, phone and virtual meetings, and collaborates closely with admissions and academic departments to remove barriers to enrollment.
In addition to supporting prospective students, the Senior Enrollment Navigator will contribute to process improvement initiatives and using data to drive enrollment strategies. They are expected to stay up to date on institutional policies, program updates, and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all student communications. Their work requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Please be advised that this position is not eligible now or in the future for Visa sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, two years of professional experience in higher education enrollment, admissions, or student services, and experience working with online or non-traditional student populations. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a healthcare or medical education setting, experience working with CRMs, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
