Are you a passionate dog lover with a knack for connecting people and pups? Do you dream of spending your days surrounded by wagging tails and happy faces? If so, we've got the perfect position for you!

The Charlotte Dog Club is seeking a dedicated Adoption Specialist to facilitate our in-person adoption events.In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping our adorable puppies find their forever homes.

Your Responsibilities :

Matchmaker : Get to know our puppies' unique personalities and guide potential adopters toward their perfect match.
Host with the Most : Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our adoption events, answering questions and providing information.
Puppy Pro : Ensure the puppies' well-being throughout the adoption process, handling them with care and attentiveness.
Paperwork Pro : Complete adoption paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Your Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience working with the public in a customer service or retail setting.

Animal Lover : A genuine love for dogs and a basic understanding of their behavior.

Professionalism : Punctual, reliable, and able to present yourself in a polished manner.

People Person : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Hours :

Currently, this will be for October, November and December. The schedule is below. We may also ask for help with our Training Puppies potty breaks!

Thursday : 8 : 30am-6pm

Friday : 8 : 30am-6pm

Saturday : 8 : 30am-6pm

Sunday : 10am-5pm

It is possible for this to become a full time position!
