Locum Geriatric/Hospice NP Full-Time Opportunity in Maumee/Toledo Ohio
Location: Maumee, OH 43537
Position Type: Full time.
Start Date: July start date
Schedule: Shifts are 4x10's 8am-5pm. You have flexibility to choose which four days between Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: Negotiable by phone.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospice/geriatric NP able to travel in the Maumee/Toledo area providing care to patients at homes, SNFs, and LTC facilities.
Qualifications
- Board Certified (BC) in FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP
- OH state license
- Current or recent experience in hospice or palliative care (within last 2 years)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
