Locum Geriatric / Hospice NP Full-Time Opportunity in Maumee / Toledo Ohio

Location : Maumee, OH 43537

Position Type : Full time.

Start Date : July start date

Schedule : Shifts are 4x10's 8am-5pm. You have flexibility to choose which four days between Monday-Friday

Pay Rate : Negotiable by phone.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospice / geriatric NP able to travel in the Maumee / Toledo area providing care to patients at homes, SNFs, and LTC facilities.

Qualifications

Board Certified (BC) in FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP
OH state license
Current or recent experience in hospice or palliative care (within last 2 years)
Strong communication and patient care skills
