Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft Azure environment. You'll support and deploy .NET Core / .NET Framework applications with MariaDB backends , while ensuring reliability, performance, and security across our systems.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, networking, storage, security).
  • Support deployment and operations of .NET applications (IIS, Kestrel).
  • Administer and optimize MariaDB / MySQL databases .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues.
  • Automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
  • Collaborate with DevOps on CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Ensure security compliance, patching, and backups.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in Systems / Cloud Administration.
  • Strong Azure IaaS / PaaS experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory .
  • Hands-on MariaDB / MySQL administration.
  • Familiar with CI / CD pipelines and automation.
  • Solid troubleshooting, networking, and documentation skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Azure certification.
  • Experience with Docker / Kubernetes .
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, New Relic, Application Insights)
