The Rental Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of rental equipment services. This position is responsible for managing accommodation machines, optimizing throughput, controlling maintenance and repair costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with deep experience in both rental operations and equipment service, particularly with Caterpillar, JLG, Genie, Multiquip, and Freightliner machines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture across all rental service operations.
• Coordinate with service and rental teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Monitor and manage maintenance and repair costs to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop rental service teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across rental service operations.
• Manage all aspects of accommodation machines, including scheduling, service coordination, and customer support.
• Work closely with sales, service, and transportation departments to support machine sales, modifications, and installations.
