The Technician II Fast Turn Pools is responsible for executing manufacturing and laboratory operations to produce high-quality products while ensuring strict compliance with SOPs customer requirements and company standards. Monitor processes analyze data and implement solutions to maintain product integrity and drive operational efficiency.

This position reports to the Weekday Supervisor is part of the Fast Turn Pools Value Stream l ocated in Coralville IA and is an on-site role . Schedule : Monday - Thursday 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm.

In this role you will have the opportunity to :

Perform manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including decontamination processes product transfer and instrument maintenance and logging.

Operate laboratory instruments to complete tasks by following all work instructions and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Strictly adhere to customer specific as well as general work instructions and SOPs.

Support daily management of processes and products including assessment to drive problem solving with data and suggestion of countermeasures.

The essential requirements of the job include :

High School diploma or GED

Some laboratory experience.

Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements : if applicable for role

Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Exert 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and / or 10-15 lbs. of force frequently.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

An associates degree or higher.

12 months of lab experience; Life Science work experience preferred. Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Ability to perform and transition through a variety of tasks with concurrent deadlines daily with urgency and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
