Construction Project Manager – Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress, budget, and schedule updates, to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
