Server Full-time & Part-Time

Shifts Available : Lunch and Dinner, weekdays and weekends!

Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is searching for motivated, reliable and passionate individuals to join our Dining Room staff. Our Team is committed to providing expectations of excellence in the highest quality dining, social, entertainment and recreational experiences to its 850 members and their families and guests. The Club operates year-round, offering four a la carte Restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining.

Hours :

In Season Tuesday - Sunday (April-October)

Off Season Wednesday - Sunday (October-March)

Weekend and holiday availability is important.

Benefits :

• Hourly pay plus a guaranteed gratuity fee of 18% once trained
• Golf privileges on certain days (with management approval)

Compensation :

Starting rate : $15.40 an hour. Day shift also receives $75 shift pay.

Once trained : A la carte servers are paid a rate of $8 / hr plus a guaranteed gratuity fee of 18%.

There is also the opportunity for added gratuity in addition to the guaranteed gratuity fee.
