Experience : Minimum 2 years in applicable specialties

License : SC or Compact License

Certifications : BLS, radiation badge

Must-Have :

Candidates should have experience in Ophthalmology, Ortho, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Robotics, and Total Joints.

Candidates should be well-rounded in specialties that align with our caseload.

Candidates should not have experience in general surgery, L&D, or pediatrics.

RTO restrictions must be included at the time of submission.

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted.

Description :

This position is for an Ambulatory OR CST.

The shift can be 3x12 hours from 06 : 30 to 19 : 00 or 4x10 hours from 06 : 30 to 17 : 00.

One late week per four weeks may be required to complete cases.

No weekends are required.

On-call is not required.

There is a possibility of floating within the Periop facility.

Candidates must provide a radiation badge, which is required by the parent company.

The unit has a total of 9 operating rooms.

Travelers may be called off up to 10 hours per two-week period.

Candidates may be required to precept a care team member in the operating room.

During hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Travelers should be aware of potential assignments during this time.

Hurricane season runs from June through November, with peak activity from August to September.
