Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project & Delivery Management :

Own and manage the delivery roadmap for modernization, including milestones across data sourcing, test execution, and reporting.

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of automation components, including scoping agents, execution agents, and reporting workflows.
  • Data & Integration Oversight :

    • Oversee data sourcing pipelines and ensure integration of structured and unstructured data for test reporting.

  • Manage onboarding of applications into the ecosystem, scaling from initial pilots to full enterprise coverage.
  • AI & Automation Enablement :

    • Lead automation of test execution, data extraction, summarization, and reporting using AI-driven agents.

  • Support development and deployment of agentic workflows and planning agents for intelligent orchestration.
  • Infrastructure Coordination :

    • Partner with infrastructure teams to onboard storage services, plug-ins, and workflow components into the MCP and private cloud environments.

  • Ensure seamless integration of object store and SQL components for scalable data access.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :

    • Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to align delivery with strategic accelerators and milestones.

  • Provide clear reporting and communication to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Testing or Finance Project Management , Data Integration , or AI Enablement roles.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-monthly delivery plans across complex technical domains.
  • Strong understanding of test automation, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel , and project tracking platforms.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies , DevSecOps , and AI model integration .
  • Experience with data sourcing, unstructured data processing, and test knowledge management.
  • Certifications like PMP , Scrum Master , or AI / ML-related credentials .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
