Schedule :

  • Coverage Type : Scheduled + No Call
  • Shifts : 4x10s or 3x12s

Facility Details :

  • Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital
  • Trauma Level : Adult Level I
  • Practice Setting : Hospital (Level I Trauma Center)
  • Charting Software : Epic (preferred)
  • Support Staff : CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists CRNAs are medically directed (typically 2 : 1 or 3 : 1 ratio; may be up to 4 : 1 for low acuity) Attendings often have a resident in the other room and focus on teaching
  • Average Census : 1 9 cases per day
  • Patient Population : Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (No Neonatal)

    • Case Mix : Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart, No OB) Skills Required : Intubation, Central Line, Arterial Line, Line Placement, (Blocks not typically required) Key Highlights :

  • Level 1 Trauma experience
  • Wide case variety across multiple specialties
  • NORA coverage required
