Training & Quality Control Lead
Position Overview :
Responsible for designing and delivering training programs for all staff while maintaining service excellence, hygiene, and compliance standards across the salon.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop onboarding and skill enhancement training for all employees.
Conduct regular service quality audits and assessments.
Document procedures and ensure compliance with salon policies.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Implement new techniques, safety standards, and product education.
Qualifications :
Background in education, human resources, or cosmetology.
3–5 years of experience in staff training or quality control.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
Performance Indicators :
Staff competency and certification levels.
Reduction in client complaints or rework.
Consistency of service delivery.
